1914 Letter Re: Country Associations – Special Meeting after Ordinary Meeting – 29th May 1914

Letter Transcript:

The League shall have power upon registration of any Country Association to exclude the operation of the Permit Rules or any of them in respect of any player registered with such Country Association.

Trophy Competitions may also be registered with the League upon such terms and conditions as the Committee may deem expident.
